Ett udda namn på ett fantastiskt kaffe. Namnet? Ja, det kommer från en av ägarna och tillika kaffeprovare. När Thomas skulle ut på havet tyckte han att det behövdes något alldeles speciellt. Både för att han älskar sjön och för att medpassagerarna var både kräsna förväntansfulla. Kaffet bryggdes i en pressbryggare under en slör på Marstrandsfjorden. Vännerna utbrast i kör mitt under en sipp att: – detta är det bästa kaffet vi druckit! Tryggt förtöjda vid kaj lite senare på kvällen gjorde kaffet även succé till den iskalla punsch som serverades efter en tre rätters på Marstrands Värdshus.
