2017 års specialmodell av F1/3G med maroon eller svart micarta är en verklig höjdare, här återfinns för första gången en distinkt, detaljrik lasergravyr av JAS 39 Gripen NG (Next Generation) tillsammans med den traditionella ovala logotyp som varit Fällknivens kännemärke under mer än tjugo år. Skaftets medaljong i nickelsilver är täckt med ett 30 my tjockt lager av 24 k guld, vanligen brukar man bara addera 2-3 my. Parerstång, rörnit och skaftnitar är i nickelsilver på denna utsökta fulltångekniv. Kniven levereras med heltäckande svart läderslida i ett snyggt trächatull.
