M3T - Multi-Mission Medical Taco ™ , utformades för att ge sjukvårdare och andra användare en mångsidig och adaptiv plattfrom för sitt individuella första hjälpen-kit. M3T utvecklades i samråd med NOLATAC Training and Consulting med målet att skapa en ficka som kunde möta de hårda krav som dagligen ställs av militär och polis. Även om fickan i grunden utvecklades runt NOLATAC ITK har fickan gjorts adaptiv nog att acceptera medicinska system från andra tillverkare. De inkluderade sjukvårdsslädarna möjliggör snabb åtkomst till innehåll från fickans båda sidor. Och för att kompensera för en utveckling där användare fyller på sina bärsystem med mer och mer utrustning så gavs fickan en design som tillåter flera monteringsmöjligheter och positioner för att på bästa sätt använda bärsystemens få lediga utrymmen. Att ha åtsnörande förband omedelbart tillgängliga är extremt viktigt, och det är även mycket viktigt att skydda dessa förband från yttre påverkan som t ex UV-strålar. För att bistå med detta har M3T försetts med två separata sidofickor som kan öppnas från båda sidorna. Och om användaren beslutar sig för att bära förbanden i annan utrustning eller endast bära ett förband med sig så kan de lediga fickorna vikas åt sidan eller användas för att bära annan utrustning som t ex chemlights och sjukvårdssaxar.
